Your tasks

  • Promote the Company product portfolio to prospect clients
  • Proactively seek and grow new business opportunities and ensure the company has a healthy order backlog 
  • Monitor tenders, RFPs etc. Manage and take ownership of the submissions
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting including per account (for major clients) approach plans 
  • Monitor market (customers and competitors) activity and provide feedback to company leadership team
  • Assist customers with finding the best person to address their problems in a timely manner
  • Based upon company overall strategy create tactics and strategies for developing business to achieve the set sales goals 
  • Frequent client-facing travel

What we need from you

  • Maritime industry experience (preferable)
  • At least 3 years previous experience in Sales/Account Management roles
  • At least a year previous experience in SAAS
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (essential) and CRM applications
  • Ability and willingness to travel (domestic and international)
  • Presentation/ public speaking skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Open to new technology and environment that is in a constant change
