- Promote the Company product portfolio to prospect clients
- Proactively seek and grow new business opportunities and ensure the company has a healthy order backlog
- Monitor tenders, RFPs etc. Manage and take ownership of the submissions
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting including per account (for major clients) approach plans
- Monitor market (customers and competitors) activity and provide feedback to company leadership team
- Assist customers with finding the best person to address their problems in a timely manner
- Based upon company overall strategy create tactics and strategies for developing business to achieve the set sales goals

What we need from you
- Maritime industry experience (preferable)
- At least 3 years previous experience in Sales/Account Management roles
- At least a year previous experience in SAAS
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Knowledge of MS Office (essential) and CRM applications
- Ability and willingness to travel (domestic and international)
- Presentation/ public speaking skills
- Strong work ethic
- Open to new technology and environment that is in a constant change
